We guarantee our games to be non-defective.
It's extremely rare that any of our games will be defective. Exchanges for same title will be made for defective games. All video games that are returned will be tested. Video games found to be non-defective will be held until buyer covers shipping expenses to return games.
Since we only sell authentic brand new factory sealed video games, 99.99% of the time it's something wrong with buyer's system such as a disc read error, skipping, etc.
Please test your game on another system before contacting us about a return authorization.
Unopened games: games that are still sealed can be exchanged or credit will be applied within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and handling is Non refundable. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned items found to be non-defective. |
